At its core, the NBR Group is driven by a group of people who are passionate about helping the needy. It was that sense of social responsibility that lead to the formation of the Nabir Foundation, which helps the most unprivileged people in Bangladesh build homes and water wells, and develop sanitation programmes.
Since its inception, the foundation has helped build:
- 6 water wells providing safe drinking water to local villages
- 8 fully-kitted family homes A school
In addition, the NBR Foundation has set up many small medical camps, providing free healthcare and advice to residents of small villages and communities.
